Today's post is one of my latest works, for a college course I am taking we were assigned to do a painting using only two complimentary colors. So I decided to paint with oils, I didn't really plan what I was going to do but I knew I wanted to use Purple and Yellow. As I got started I remembered a piece of concept art for the Indiana Jones attraction at Disneyland, so my inspiration is 'Indiana Jones Temple of the Forbidden Eye' at sunset.
